Drinking is Not Conducive to a Healthy Lifestyle

So I imbibed a whole bottle of wine last night. It was over the course of a few hours and I had a DD but still not recommended. I had yet to eat dinner once the bottle was gone and I decided that trying out a Stuggy's hot dog was a good idea. For what it's worth I had a $10 Groupon so I didn't pay full price but they were expensive to start with. It was cheaper to get a combo which came with a drink, fries, and a pickle. They had a Boylan soda fountain which is difficult to pass up! Of course I had to have my usual cheese, fried onions, and ketchup dog. I ate the whole freaking meal and downed the soda. That was more calories and fat then I should have had over the course of 48 hours!

Thankfully I'm not prone to getting hangovers so that wasn't an issue. I did sleep in until 7am but continued to lay in bed until 9am. Once I did peel myself out of bed I got right into my workout clothes. I ate the hot dog and fries, now I had to pay for it! I did a 35 minute hip-hop cardio routine (BBB's this is fun, you should try it) and to make sure that I didn't reach for a hot dog and fries so quickly again I did a 10 min abs and back routine. Ugh, I actually feel pretty good after working out but I would have benefited my body more by not drinking a whole bottle of wine, a soda, hot dog, and fries last night.
Next time I'll just say no to a whole bottle of wine and keep my distance from the evil Lord Stuggy!
