Weber's Farm

So I made my first trip to a farm today. I walked around Weber's Farm looking at everything and checking out the labels and prices before I even grabbed a basket. I wanted to make sure that everything I bought was actually grown or made on Weber's Farm. I noticed some of the jams and other jar products said "made for Weber's Farm". I wasn't sure what that meant so I steered clear. Plus it will be a LONG time before we need any condiments in this house! As you can see I got a nice variety of items and paid just a tad over $15!

I'm pretty happy with the quality of the produce that I purchased, the price was definitely right, and the location and hours of the store was great! Now I just need to find a yummy recipe to utilize the squash and eggplant. I'm thinking of just sauteing them with some olive oil and Parmesan cheese over brown rice. I'm sure I have enough to do that and something else. Any suggestions???
